She advises clients on a broad range of real estate and commercial matters, providing commercially focused legal solutions that support complex transactions and strategic business objectives.
Damaris has demonstrated the ability to negotiate and structure commercial agreements, coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, resolve contractual disputes, and mitigate legal and commercial risk throughout the lifecycle of development projects.
